Coach Sheika is the most caring, patient, and encouraging coach out there. She knows so many different drills to help with all aspects of basketball. I couldn’t find any one close to me who had quality experience. When coach Sheika said she could come to me which was all the way from North OC to the end of South OC. Right then I knew she had a heart for basketball and for teaching. 5/5 I would recommend her for all ages and skill levels.

Coach Sheika is a great trainer for my girls. She assessed their abilities and structured a training lesson to work on their weaknesses. Sheika is very approachable and patient which is a good quality for a young beginner. She also has a ton of experience and knowledge that can help seasoned players improve their game. Sheika is an amazing coach. She provides personalized focus on a player’s abilities and opportunities. Coach Sheika was the perfect choice for my daughter! She was very comfortable and very receptive of her training and instruction. Coach Sheika has excellent knowledge of basketball and knows how to coach and what techniques to teach. Coach Sheika-Ann has really helped our daughter improve her basketball skills, specifically her ball handling, footwork and shooting distance. Coach Sheika-Ann is flexible and will work on any skill you want to. She has a high basketball IQ, is very experienced, and she makes it fun! Coach Sheika also has a great demeanor about her and our daughter really enjoyed the sessions! After each session she gave constructive feedback and assigned homework. Coach Sheika is an amazing coach! She is so supportive and an encourager to her athletes. After only one session with Coach Sheika, I saw an immediate improvement in my daughters confidence level on the court. Coach Sheika-Ann was awesome for my 8-year-old daughter who just started playing basketball. She was well-prepared to teach the lesson. She was thorough, well-organized and professional yet very encouraging and attentive. Most importantly she made one-hour lesson fun and engaging. Coach helped my son shake off the summer rust and put together a solid plan for him to get ready for HS try outs. Coach was well prepared and really put a lot of effort into helping my son engage in other areas that aren't normally addressed in group environments. Coach Sheika is helping my son improve his ball handling skills and gain confidence. He is excited to train with her and I am excited to see his skills strengthen. I highly recommend Coach Sheika and one to one training. Coach Sheika-Ann is an amazing coach! My son has never played basketball, Coach Sheika-Ann was very patient. explained every thing in detail and was very encouraging. After practice she sent us an email pointing out the positive things he did and what he needed to work on before our next session. My son does not stop talking about how much he enjoyed working with Coach Sheika-Ann and how happy he is that she is his Coach!
